Join us at Lettuce Live Farm for a hands-on outdoor culinary experience where fresh ingredients meet foundational cooking techniques. Led by Chef Christina Criscuolo, this immersive class teaches participants how to transform tomatoes and goat milk into three classic preparations: cooked tomato soup, fresh gazpacho, and handmade mozzarella.
Set on the farm and inside the greenhouse, this experience is designed for beginners and intermediate home cooks interested in learning practical culinary skills while connecting with fresh, locally inspired ingredients.
